GeoGraphics Media was born in western Massachusetts in the small mountains of the Berkshires, inspired by the spirit of exploration and adventure.

What originated as a hobby for founder Max Tabakin quickly became a passion and eventually a career. He started his photo and video journey making edits of skiing, cliff jumping, surfing and any other outdoor adventures over a decade ago using a GoPro Hero 3. In college, he began making videos for classmates, official school activities, and varsity sports teams. In 2021, at 22 years old, he founded GeoGraphics Media, inspired by his childhood of adventure sports and filmmaking.
